The price for what we were paying for was unbeatable, admin was so kind and generous to us, she gave us a a complimentary upgrade to a twin room as I had booked a double room without consideration. She was extremely informative on places we could eat and discounts that were available to us which was extremely handy! The room was lovely, clean. It had everything we needed for our short stay and it was so close to where we needed to go and having the bus stop right outside to get to the city was a cherry on top. Even getting locked out of the hotel after hours as we forgot our room key, we were immediately helped and so thankful for it! I couldn’t recommend staying here more, and will definitely stay here again in the future.

I needed to stay somewhere close to the hospital while a family member was staying at the hospital. This hotel was close by, the staff were welcoming, the room was perfect for me as a solo traveller (not too big, not too small) and having a desk to work at was great. The bed was amazingly comfortable for me as I love a very soft pillowy mattress and soft pillowy pillows. If you like a hard mattress, this may however not be the place for you. The kitchenette area was small and perfectly formed and the bathroom was also small but perfectly clean and very functional.

The gentlemen at the front desk are amazing. They are kind and knowledgable about the area and local eateries. We had to switch rooms midway through our stay and they arranged for the housekeepers to move our luggage for us. It was so nice to arrive back after a long day and everything be sorted. Also, the location is perfect for Prince Albert Hospital and USyd. The Deuce Cafe across the street is excellent and there is a 24 hour gym down the street. Super convenient to the bus line and Uber cabs were easy to meet up with during our stay.

A beautifully appointed, immaculate place to stay, close to RPA hospital. The rooms are superbly maintained, with beautifully comfortable beds and so very quiet. Each and every staff member that we met were highly professional, extremely accommodating and the loveliest people you would ever hope to meet. The suites are close to cafes, supermarkets and the bus stop is just a few metres away making accessing public transport a breeze. This little gem is the best place I have ever stayed.

The Deux Cafe on the corner is outstanding and if you show your room key you receive ten percent off your bill-that's a nice touch.
